Guide to Guild War

Q. How do I enter Guild War?
A. You can access it from the “Battle” menu.

Q. Are there conditions for entry?
A. Guilds at level 3 or higher and with 25 or members will participate automatically.
  - If you join a Guild on the day of the Guild War, you will not be able to participate.

Q. What’s the schedule for the process?
A. The schedule consists of a calculation time, the preparation period, and the battle period,
as the table below. You will be given time to plan your strategy against your opponents, and you may NOT change your heroes, the formation nor the position of your heroes outside of these hours.

Q. I can't rank up or fuse my heroes even though I have the hero to level 30 +5, and an element at the same rank and type.
A. Any heroes in your Guild War deck will not be available for Rank-up or Transcending before the Battle period is over, but you will be able to level and power-up the heroes as normal.

Q. Where do I enter a battle and check contributions, ranking and no. of entry?
A. You can see the information from the main page of Guild War.

Q. Where do I check banned heroes, progress and ally formation?
A. The information will be displayed in the entry page of Guild War.

Q. What are banned heroes?
A. Banned heroes cannot be included in battle for Guild War, and the same heroes are applicable for all Guilds.
  - Banned heroes are subject to change, but will stay the same within a single preparation period.
  - Check the banned heroes during Preparation periods and set up your deck
*Periods for banned hero changes may vary according to schedule.

Q. What do I get if I win against an opponent who has no coins?
A. If your opponent has no coins, you will only receive honor points.
   - If the opponent only has 2 coins, you can only receive two.
(If you enter a battle simultaneously with another member of your Guild, only the member who finishes the battle first will receive the coins.

Q. How many honor points do I get?
A. The distribution of honor points differs according to the position of the opponents in their defense positioning.
Winning against users placed at 1~10 will give you 50 Honors
Winning against users placed at 11~20 will give you 30 Honors
Winning against users placed at 21~30 will give you 20 Honors
Losing will give you 10 Honor points

Q. How are the battles conducted?
A. The system is the same as in the Arena. The battles are done with autoplay.

Q. Is there a draw?
A. If no members of the either Guilds participate at all in a battle and therefore either earns no coins, the result will be a draw.

Q. What are the penalties for losing?
A. There are no penalties for losing, merely that the opponent’s coins increase.

Q. How are the rewards given?
A. Rewards will be given to all the members of the Guild after the season, and there may be special rewards according to personal results.
(Rewards may change depending on the update status)

    1. If I remember right, the number of coins you get depends on meeting certain conditions - something this guide seems to have overlooked.
You get one coin for winning.
Another coin for winning within a time limit - either two to three minutes.
Then another coin if you manage to win without one(maybe two?) of your heroes being killed.

So to get all 3, you need to meet all 3 conditions. That third condition or the time limit one must've been one you didn't succeed. If you see any opponents with 2 or 1 coin left, this is how it happened too.
Picking on weak one-hero teams is an easy 3 coins, but it's also a bad idea since it leaves your weaker guild members no one to fight and gain coins against, which at the end of the day means you have less overall points. This is where the strategy and preparing comes in - decide who should fight who. Strong opponents but still weaker than your team to get 3 coins ideally, but not too weak that your lowbies will have no one to beat.

  4. Hi, I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to in the internet. :s
Two weeks ago, I was appointed as a guild officer and while I was looking around the game for any new options, I noticed that our Guild Coins (Points) have gone from 3900 to 289. Last Sunday too, we were expecting a guild war but it said "War Unavailable." Could these 2 possibly be connected? Is there anything we've been doing wrong or missing out on? I checked the previous patch notes for any changes but there weren't any. If someone out there can help us clear out misunderstandings, please do. :(
My guildmates really want that Eileene skin so they were just as surprised (and doubly worried) when they saw the coins.
Thanks for any kind of help!

  8. I've noticed something when you go to an opponent. Right above start is a history box with attacked and a number, like 0, 1, 2, 3, etc. What does that attack number mean? We thought it meant somebody attacking them that number of times, but the amount of coins don'the add up. A reply is appreciated.
